Annual Software License Fees
It is not uncommon for laser tag manufacturers to require an annual licensing fee for continued utilization of their system software. This is generally in addition to upfront licensing charges.
With LaserBlast, you will pay a one-time upfront software fee for lifetime usage. This includes all software updates at no additional charge.
Support Fees and Subscriptions
Support fees can come in all different forms. This could look like tiered support pricing (paying more for “better” tech support), blanket annual charges, and even required payments to get someone on the phone to help troubleshoot your issues.
With LaserBlast, every system comes with lifetime support at no additional chargel including after-hours emergency support.
Plus, our new CyberBlast Pro systems include a full 30-month warranty covering all components (including the ones that other companies often do not cover, such as batteries and plastic cases). After your 30-month warranty is up, you will continue to receive no-charge technical support, only paying for parts and repairs as you need them.
Forced Upgrades
As new generations of equipment are released, some manufacturers will force clients to upgrade their system by ending support for the older system or completely shutting down the system software altogether.
Though we enhance our equipment and would love to provide you with the newest and most exciting features we have to offer, we continue providing full support for the lifetime of every system we sell.
Our equipment is built-to-last with special attention to durability. Though many of our customers elect to upgrade their system after around 7 years to enjoy enhanced features, we have customers who are still running equipment that is 12+ years old. We are here to help you keep your system running for as long as you would like to use it.
How much money am I saving?
